DM outbound sales position outline

Training details:

Duration of training is one-week formal training with a minimum of eleven weeks mentoring and coaching.
100% reimbursement of your Gautrain costs during training
50% reimbursement of your Gautrain costs once permanent
Working hours: Monday to Thursday - 8.30am to 4.30pm, Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm
You would be evaluated on a weekly basis based on how well you do in the training
You will have weekly targets so this requires you to be sales and target driven
Commission is earned per sale
During training, your earning potential is between R2,500 and R10,000 per week, dependent on you reaching minimum criteria
From then onwards, it's up to you, the harder you work, the more money you earn

Uncapped commission structure
Basic R5,500 - this is the type of job where the harder you work the more you earn, our top sales consultant makes an average of R100,000 so there is massive earning potential
50% Discovery Medical Aid key care contribution
100% death and disability paid by the company
Free Isabella Garcia cosmetics every eight months valued at an estimated savings cost of R1,000 each month
