The successful individual will be responsible for prospecting for new business in the USA and drive service purchases through the maintenance of excellent relationships. Duties:
• Make outgoing calls each day to current clients to sell premium services
• Achieve and exceed predetermined sales goals and objectives, identify potential decision makers
• Proactively research, solicit, and follow-up on sales leads
• Review, contact, and qualify marketing-generated leads, manage inbound sales requests received via web, email, and phone.
• Research targeted leads and accounts to identify decision makers, understand need and service/buying cycles, and enable effective sales follow-up.
• Cold-call prospects generated from internal and external marketing programs, New pre-qualified accounts, or accounts identified for Inside Sales coverage, investigates the background of prospects through internet research and use of internal tools
• Prepares the approach to contacting the prospect based on information gathered through research
• Establishes the element of connection with the prospect through avenues of personal, business, and sales
• Determines specific needs through strategic probing questions, and offers potential avenues for solutions based on the needs
• Assist with the management of sales database and administrative duties
• Handle additional duties as assigned
• Gains acceptance to provide contact information through email for future opportunities to connect on fulfilling business requirements
• Documents an account of all discussions in the tool for historical record with the intent of portfolio building
• Escalates items of relevance impacting Customer Service to the Operations team for follow up and closure
• Drive revenue growth and increase market share through business partnerships and collaboration
• Ability to navigate internal websites to provide customers with pricing, promotions and service information within their respective service area while providing detailed factual information and advice
• Regularly update own knowledge of new products, procedures and organizational changes, etc. to address customer queries promptly
• Negotiate pricing programs with new clients to gain consistent revenue flow while protecting profitable margin.
• Closely work with the outside sales team and internal departments to resolve all open disputes with customers with customers

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and phone skills, with an ability to think and react to situations confidently
• Demonstrate ability to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and negotiate creative solutions
• Appropriately communicate brand and corporate position, foster and maintain excellent customer relationship and build rapport in every customer contact via telephony or written correspondence
• Able to create a need and emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports for existing customers utilizing web based tools or proprietary software Experience in sales and client account management is a must.
• Must be assertive, persistent, and result-oriented, ability to work in a team environment and adhere to department guidelines
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Must have good planning and administrative skills
• Able to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays as needed
