We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and energetic Junior Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced marketing division in a large law firm. You will work closely with the Senior Designer, the Marketing team and Manager to conceptualize and to design creative content for all strategic communication from print collateral, press to digital media (including social media) You will need to have a creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time management.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Thinking creatively to produce new, fresh ideas
Producing high quality design work on time
Creating designs that are artistically interesting and appealing to clients and consumers but which are also on brief and accurate in content
Manage a full suite of visual collateral for each project from typesetting, design, to digital media and/or print, to final finished artwork
Design and layout of internal and external printed collateral and digital communication and materials such as corporate identity elements, print brochures and advertisements, promotional items, presentations, web and social media pages, e-mailers, newsletters and announcements
Proof checking to produce accurate and high-quality work
Scheduling of reviews to ensure that the brief is delivered on time
Managing and backing up of all files, sorting of the database for all artwork, photos and stock images
Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media
Ability to communicate effectively with Marketing managers, account managers and suppliers
General administration skills

KNOWLEDGE

Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.
Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Knowledge of pre-press and print production
Basic knowledge of IT products and services advantageous
Basic knowledge of HTML coding and WordPress advantageous
