Key responsibilities:
Provide support to local heads to assist in research and analytics for the below items:
Analyze customer segments in our markets and support definition of strategic priorities for ROAM’s local operations
Prioritize projects to increase the Group’s yield: Quantify our market potentials for our core products and ancillary products along the vertical value chains. Measure the value our businesses are generating for our users and put into perspective with the returned value
Assess the effectiveness of the product and pricing strategies, as well as selling strategies in our markets
Provide for statistical analysis of market economics and our place in those, including macroeconomic, traffic or conversion statistics
Drive good customer segmentation of the businesses and analyse revenue streams and product effectiveness
Based on business intelligence insights, analyse purchase behaviour and Identify ideal product pricing and bundling
Ensure the best application of Group CRM to enable sales process improvements and insights
Drive sales reporting enabled and automated by the group CRM
Analyse sales workflows and performances and give tactical optimization recommendations to both business and tech (e.g. CRM)
Own strategic ad-hoc projects relevant to the Group’s mission
Key competencies:
0-2 years of relevant business experience - recent graduates accepted
Focus oriented with good analytical skills;
Data-driven with a strategic mindset;
People management and leadership skills;
Flexibility and adaptability to change;
Good research skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
