Inventory Administrator – East Rand, Johannesburg
Company, within steel industry, has a vacancy for an Inventory Administrator

Job Specification:
? Production
? Printing of job cards
? Production on full bar orders (cash sales and collecting customers )
? Filing
? General administration in the inventory department
? Booking in of bulk and jobbing from and to heat treatment
? MRP (Daily FIT sessions)
? Housekeeping on the system
? Running Regular Cycle Counts on material in your bays
? Expediting of Sales Orders through WIP Reports
? Production Planning Function
? Communications with Sales, production and Transport to improve customer service

Skills / Education:
? Grade 12
? At least 5 years’ experience in Administration
? Computer literate
? SAP system – advantageous
? Highly self-motivated
? Must have good communication skills, fluent in English (read, speak & write)
? Must be able to work under pressure
? Must be a team player
? Be prepared to undergo additional training when necessary.

Salary: R10 000 – 15 000 pm, negotiable with the experience

This position reports to the Inventory Supervisor
