JOB DESCRIPTION
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual inventory reporting .
Preparation of monthly inventory general ledger reconciliations.
Processing of inventory month end journals on SAP
Uploading vehicle stock values On Business Warehouse (BW)
IFEM Reporting for Inventory.
Plan and conduct quarterly counts to ensure completeness and existence of Cataler stock
Co-ordination of Cataler invoice in respect of all count losses.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

Provide admin support for Mass Count
Plan and conduct annual count to ensure. completeness and existence of indirect materials
Co-ordination of work wear orders for Finance Operations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE.
Minimum NQF 5 – Accounting Qualification (240 Credits)
Relevant Financial Accounting and Inventory experience, in a manufacturing environment
Experience and understanding of SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
Advanced computer literacy, especially Excel (Essential)
Knowledge and understanding of Sarbanes Oxley processes (advantageous).
