A global Healthcare giant is urgently looking for a seasoned Inventory Controller with a degree in Inventory control/Logistis/Supply Chain to join their Bryanston Team

JOB OBJECTIVE
Ensure stock is balanced on a daily basis in accounting system
Ensuring teams are kept up to date with regards to daily stock position.
Establish a cross functional relationship with external service provider (DSV) through daily communication regarding stock and deviations.

TASK DESCRIPTION
Run daily stock files and balance sales and inventory data in Flowgear   
Analyze and Balance stock in SAGE system ensuring all deviations are captured and all figures are balanced
Check and get approval for Deviation reports sent daily by DSV     
Request daily stock report and obtain ETA dates from Supply Chain       
Distribute daily stock report to sales and Marketing      
Capture minutes in PRE DRM and DRM meetings      
Run Monthly Stock Recon report in DSV system and balance stock accordingly. 
Ensuring all PO's and invioces received from Supply Chain are captured and filed on a monthly basis

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
BCom – Specializing in Logistics/ Supply Chain
Experience in Inventory Controlling
Ability to work across boundaries
Must have an ability to work under pressure
Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions
Ability to delegate authority and responsibility
