The incumbent will be expected to take full ownership and responsibility of back office Purchase To Pay processes. Inventory management across nominated business units whilst ensuring a customer focused business environment, taking the business interests into account. Operational duties will include:
• Effective Inventory Management
• Efficient Purchase Order Management
• Reporting and Planning of stock levels, and communication with BU’s to ensure stock levels are adhered to
• Non Conformance Management and Continuous Improvement to system and processes
• Drive operational efficiency and profitability by implementing relevant audit recommendations and optimizing distribution and warehousing costs
• Intergrate communication and build a network with Local links to effectively manage local stocks and execute emergencies efficiently
• Ensure implementation of the business unit’s guidelines and rules to meet the targets
• Ensuring effective archiving and effective back up and support to the Inventory Coordinator and the Supply Chain team.


• National Diploma within the relevant field or equivalent of 6-8 years’ experience in Sales, Logistics or Finance.
• Solid SAP experience and Microsoft Office computer skills are essential for this role.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English is required; strong interpersonal and negotiations skills, organisational and project management skills are essential for this role
