Purpose of the role:

Maintain optimal inventory cover and availability at all time
Manage inbound and outbound inventory requirements

Key performance Areas:

Manage and Maintain optimal stock cover
Maintain product availability
Maintain Accurate and up to date item master data in internal systems
Project team involvement for existing items, new products and product phase-outs
Land cost efficiencies
Assist with budget achievement
Stock management
Efficient and proactive ordering of stock and monitoring of orders
Contribute to developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products and product phase-out
Managing outbound orders
Optimize landed cost efficiencies
Maintain item and supplier parameters and item master data in internal system
Planning team involvement for new product launches and line extensions, responsible for all inventory activities required by the Planning team.

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
Relevant tertiary qualification
Minimum 4 years related experience
