Key Responsibilities

Monthly reconciliation between system and asset manager statements;
Prepare monthly investment analysis to be used by Fund Accounting department to update the general ledger accounts;
Prepare annual reconciliations between system and asset manager audit certificates;
Prepare annual investment analysis to be used by Fund Accounting department to update the general ledger accounts and for audit purposes
Prepare audit files, assist auditors and Fund Accounting department with queries
Prepare annual regulation 28 report per fund for the to be submitted to the Financial Services Board
Prepare quarterly South African Reserve Bank report for exchange control purposes
