Analyst - Financial Services / Listed Property (Strictly AA)

We are urgently recruiting for a seasoned Investment Analyst (Listed Property) for an award winning boutique Financial Services and Property Investment Firm. Candidate must be a qualified CA(SA), or Level 3 CFA.

You will form part of the investment team, and you will be required to perform analytical performance and management functions within the investment management unit on a daily basis.

Minimum Requirements include:
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Investment Management, Quantitative Management or Actuarial Science.
• CA(SA) qualified, OR Level 3 CFA qualified (non negotiable)
• At least 4 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role (performance analysis, risk management, investments or related)
• Experience working in property investment would be a string advantage
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment dedicated to high performance and achievement of growth goals.
• Must be able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include assisting portfolio managers with specific assigned portfolios in terms of all related investment analysis / listed property analysis.
