Screen and evaluate multiple businesses and business models at the same time

Engage with founders and entrepreneurs of all types

Successfully structure and motivate high quality transactions to the team, including qualitative and quantitative analysis

Draft and negotiate term sheets

Support Investment Officers in executing a strategic due diligence (planning, crafting investment thesis, primary research, analysis, report writing, financial modelling)

Support Investment Officers in closing and payout of transactions

Assist in building and improving our internal processes, systems, policies and procedures as we scale for Vumela 2.0
