Description:

The data quality consultant is required to analyse and clean existing client data irregularities; and identify areas of weakness and the business impact thereof with the aim of increasing valid, complete and standardised data. This is managed through regular monitoring and resolution of data exception reports.

Main responsibilities:

*Manage the accuracy of client data within the various systems (i.e. Siebel and Flex)
*Investigate and resolve client data discrepancies
*Liaise with clients/financial advisers to obtain correct data, where necessary
*Ensure work is resolved within agreed deadlines
*Participate in ad-hoc projects
*Identify areas of weakness and initiate ideas for the improvement of the Data Management process.
*Assist with client amendments when required

Qualifications:

*At least 6 months working experience within an Investment Retail Division (ADVANTAGEOUS)
*At least 6 months experience with Siebel is essential and experience with Flexcube is advantageous.
*Intermediate Computer Literacy (Excel, Word etc)
