Investment & Portfolio Analyst - Financial Services (Strictly EE/AA)

We are urgently recruiting for a seasoned Investment / Property Analyst for an award winning boutique Financial Services and Property Investment Firm.
You will form part of the investment team, and you will be required to perform analytical performance and risk management functions within the investment management unit on a daily basis.

Minimum Requirements include:
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Investment Management, Quantitative Management or Actuarial Science.
• CA(SA) qualified, OR Level 3 CFA qualified (non negotiable)
• At least 4 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role (performance analysis, risk management, investments or related)
• Experience working in property investment would be a string advantage
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment dedicated to high performance and achievement of growth goals.
• Must be able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include assisting portfolio managers with specific assigned portfolios in terms of all related investment analysis (performance and risk analysis on products, underlying portfolios or managers under investigation as well as portfolio management assistance).
