Responsibilities:
• Meet sales targets on PSG Wealth products and platform – including PSG Multi-Manager, PSG Asset Management and PSG Platforms
• Ensure number and quality of sales activity are attained – minimum of 4 visits per day
• Build and maintain internal stakeholder relationships – business focused
• Build and maintain external client relationships – adviser, assistant and client focused
• Manage and drive flows and revenue – retain existing assets, increase net new assets
• Support the administration and client service departments
• Manage and drive client and adviser events in the region
• Provide training and support to distribution network on all systems, processes, services, products and key business initiatives.

Key Activities:
• Increase and/or maintain sales activity – including events, training, office visits
• Drive new business and ensure retention of existing business
• Monitoring feasibility of new business
• Brand building and networking
• Grow net flows to products and platforms
• Managing enquiries on products, systems and services
• Maximise identified opportunities
• Provide reports on activity to management
• Take responsibility for admin correctness, adherence to service level agreements, and accurate execution of business
• Develop business/sales plan and strategy
• Follow up on leads, opportunities identified and key business initiatives
• Take responsibility for client presentations and proposals
• Technical sales activities – research, cost-, fund- and portfolio analyses and comparisons
• Create marketing and sales collateral
• Give strategic input to management - adviser panel, trends, system-, product-, and service development and enhancement
• Show value to the business - bring new ideas and turn into action


Minimum Requirements:
• A completed undergraduate Degree is essential (Finance/Investment Management/Economics, etc.)
• Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (CFP®) or studying towards an advantage
• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience with solid PSG product/fund and platform knowledge
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans highly advantageous
• Solid competency with the Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills
