Investment Fund Management house is seeking a dynamic and focussed Administrator to take charge of all administration within the branch.

Requirements:

Grade 12
Tertiary qualification advantageous
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role – investments
Reliable transport to and from work
Well presented and well spoken

Some duties and responsibilities:

Gathering information from clients, assessing their insurance needs and risk profile;
Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients including scheduling and attending meetings and understanding the nature of clients' businesses or lives;
Foreseeing clients' insurance needs, such as policy renewals;
Researching insurance companies' policies and negotiating with underwriters to find the most suitable insurance for clients at the best price;
Renewing or amending existing policies;
Advising clients whether and when they need to make a claim on their policies;
Marketing and acquiring new clients;
Organize, coordinate, and maintain all client paperwork
Correspond with clients to complete new accounts, asset transfers, and other forms
Handle routine matters for client accounts including processing name and address changes, account
applications and bank authorizations, answering client questions via telephone and face to face
Set up client files correctly and obtain necessary information
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Managing and building a client base
Assists with organization of presentations and marketing materials.
Assists with sales and business development activities.
Provides clerical and administrative support to the office.
Other duties as assigned.

Salary: Negotiable depending experience and qualifications
