Our client in Bryanston is looking for an Invoice & commission administrator
Requirements:
Job experience and Educational qualifications:
• Matric Certificate
• Good knowledge of office admin
• Computer skills essential (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Ability to communicate with other people
• Willing to learn and help out in rest of department
Duties/ Tasks:
• Processing Invoices
• Administration of commission claims
• Reconciliation of GL accounts
• Processing and approving of stock orders

Other Duties and Requirements:
• Strong initiative and attention to detail
• Apply excellent organizational skills
• Apply time management skills
• Reliable, resilient & responsible
• Strong customer relations, good communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship
