Their product gives IT managers insight into how their users are experiencing Wi-Fi, network, and application performance, and helps them fix problems before users complain. Other performance tools are complex and intimidating, built by network engineers for network engineers; beautiful and simple, and their customers love it. Their sensor hardware is a delight to install and their software is
easy and fun to use. Their product is used in offices, universities, banks, hotels, airports, stadiums, retail stores, and more - every business with Wi-Fi is a potential customer that they can help.
They design all their own hardware and software in Cape Town. Their software systems are built entirely in-house using Python, React, lnfluxDB, and AWS Kinesis and other technologies. They are truly a full stack company, with a great set of technical challenges to work on.

About You
Are you a Swift or Objective_C guru? Do you know the intricacies of iOS inside and out? They are looking for a self-driven, highly motivated individual to head the mobile development team.

Skills
• Excellent knowledge and experience in developing for iOS
• Proficient with Swift (preferable) and Cocoa Touch
• Experience with offline storage and threading
• Familiar with RESTful APIs to connect to backend systems
• Experienced with source control systems (git/GitHub)
• Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred

Bonus
• Knowledge of networking or network performance testing will be a huge
bonus
• Experience building developer tools

What you will be doing
To start with, you will be building their network performance assurance SDK to be used by third parties in their apps. This SDK will run network performance and other related tests and feed this data to their backend systems. You will also be developing the first consumer of this SDK in the form of an iOS app that will analyse Wi-Fi environments and display metrics to the user.
