EQUITY POSITION
Minimum requirements:
Degree (B Comm/ BA / Diploma in IR/HR)
Minimum 3 years relevant experience within the disciplines of HR, with the focus on Industrial Relations within an automotive manufacturing environment
Must have sound knowledge of all Labour Legislation
Duties:
Facilitating the positive growth of management - union relations
Support the HR Manager with the initiation, implementation and auditing of relevant IR processes, policies, procedures and agreements
Advise, guide and coach the HR Consultants on Employee Relations
To consult with all levels of Management, Union and Employees on the implementation understanding and application of HR Stragegies, policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence to all policies, guidelines and agreements
Prepare and represent the organization in various conflict resolution structures / forums internally and externally including the CCMA
Liaise with the Company lawyer on legal issues
Liaise, negotiate and consult with Shop Stewards and Union officials on Industrial Relations and Company issues
Participate as a member of the management team in negotiating committee meetings
Salary between R22000 plus R5000 car allowance plus medical aid and provident fund.
