Opportunity for an Individual to grow into HR / IR Field of Expertise in Industrial Engineering environment, where duties will include: - Application of Employee Relations (BCEA), including: • Appointment, transfer, renewal and termination of Employees, • Payroll, • HR Policies and Procedures, and • Training to Senior Staff, and & - Application of Industrial Relations (LRA), including: • IR negotiation and settlement of disputes, • Prosecution and Chairing of Disciplinary Hearings, Consultations and Grievances, • Handling Illegal Industrial Actions (Strikes), etc. Matric HR Degree or relevant Qualification own vehicle willing to travel
