A dynamic HR and IR consulting firm requires the services of an IR Officer, this is a fantastic opportunity to deal with disciplinary, grievance & dispute issues, represent the company at CCMA & relevant bargaining councils & negotiations as well as to advise management on labour legislation.
Must have : Excellent negotiation and time management skills
Preference will be given to candidates with a relevant degree/diploma in IR and 2/3 years’ experience. Preference will be given to AA candidates, Must have own transport and a valid drivers licence. Must be able to travel and sleep out
