ISO 9001 QMS consultant

Job Summary
The candidate will assist in implementing ISO 9001:2015 for a specific project
Responsibilities and Duties
Implement the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 into the client’s business processes
Document policies, processes, procedures, templates, controls, input into system (QMS) design and development
Assist client’s staff with compilation of work instructions
Maintain existing QMS systems
Conduct internal audits
Prepare client for certification audits

Qualifications and Skills required
Must have formal ISO 9001:2015 training
Must have a strong ICT background and understand ISO 9001 in the end-user computing environment.
Must be able to work independently and have excellent time management skills
Ability to conduct interviews for information gathering and analysis
Be able to engage with other business areas in establishment of and documentation and inter-related process requirements of the standards and mitigation of risks
Have strong administrative skills
At least 5 years experience in ICT industry QMS systems, implementation and audits required
Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and it’s application is essential
Understanding of management systems, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001 and their interactions
Good people skills to communicate concepts
Must have own reliable transport
