Position: IT Accounts Manager (IT industry)
Area: Durbanville – Cape Town

Industry: IT – Highly reputable company
Salary: R18 000 – R23 000 p/m neg on exp
Basic plus commission

Requirements and skills
• Completed matric
• Relevant sales and/ or IT qualification preferable
• 5 Years in similar role
• Valid driver’s license & own transport
• Experience in building client relations
• Networks, Telecommunications and/or Security experience
• Able to sell via channel partners and directly to clients
• Fluent in English & strong presentation skills
• Solid understanding of IT concepts & account management
• Strong client service delivery focus
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Able to build strong relations & build networks
• Formal technical and sales training
• Strong administrative, project and organisational skill

• Manage existing and new Accounts.
• Schedule meetings & organise workshops
• Pro-actively manage client expectations
• Maintain sales & lead information on CRM system up to invoicing
• Provide feedback of field activities
• Manage & adhere to deadlines
• Assistance in invoice processing
• Pre-technical, admin & marketing assistance
