Litha Healthcare Group Ltd seeks to appoint a IT Administrator for Litha IT division and will be situated at its’ Head Office in Midrand reporting directly to the Head of IT.

Purpose:
The successful incumbent will be responsible for serving the helpdesk, servers, maintenance of user accounts, physical network installations and providing a 1st line support for the organizational user base. The applicant will have good communication skills and ability to live the Litha corporate values.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Maintenance of IT Asset List
- Ensure that Litha IT Policies are enforced.
- Maintenance Active Directory
- Server monitoring and maintenance
- Maintain software patching on Desktops and Servers
- Administration of User and Server backups
- Helpdesk call monitoring and feedback t users.
- 1st line of support to IT calls
- User interaction in line with corporate values.
- Network cabling and installations
- Network administration and maintenance
- Network troubleshooting.
- SQL Database maintenance and administration

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or Diploma in IT Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience providing support in a Microsoft environment.
- Knowledge on the maintenance, configuration and installation of MS Server, MS SQL, MS Exchange, MS Terminal Server, Network design and
installation.
- Experience in a Helpdesk environment with direct customer interaction.
