Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Administrate, operate, and maintain systems hardware and software and related infrastructure
- Resolve IT related calls and ensure that service levels are met at all times
- Preventative maintenance by regular testing of equipment
- Regular maintenance of network users and resources
- Responsible for non-critical servers and system back-ups.
Requirements:
- Relevant IT qualification
- 3 – 5 Years’ relevant experience
- Ability to function effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
