Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
• Matric qualification
• Relevant IT qualification A+ N+ MCSA/E Windows Server
• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
• A passion for IT and technology
• Good problems solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft operating systems (Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10 Server OS)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
• Own vehicle & Valid driver’s license
• Experience with Sophos Firewalls
• Experience with MikroTik Routers and firewalls
• Experience with 3CX PBX telephone systems


Main Responsibilities:
• Problem investigation
• Remote Management
• Problem diagnosis
• Solution implementation
• Documentation of actions and findings
• Communication with customer throughout process
• Escalation of problem where appropriate
• Proactive support – on-going maintenance and monitoring of systems Documentation
• Ongoing documentation and updating of records regarding supported networks

Position Type: Permanent
Salary Range: R17 000.00 – R20 000.00
