An IT Application Support Administrator is available with a well-branded IT Corporate, based in the city of Cape Town!

The role involves Providing 1st line operational support for my clients billing applications in a production environment!

You MUST have a clear criminal record to be considered.

Other MUST have’s Include:

National Diploma (3 years) or relevant IT Diploma

Knowledge of the disciplines in an application support environment
Problem solving exposure at application support level
Ability to understand and write SQL database queries (Oracle) and UNIX scripting
Ability to solve low to medium complexity problems
Self-motivated, proactive, taking ownership of problems through to completion
Commitment to routine as well as investigative work
Sense of responsibility required for working standby
