IT BUSINESS ANALYST / DEVELOPER

A new vacancy exists for an IT Business Analyst within a large FMCG concern based in Stellenbosch, the incumbent will be working in conjunction with applications and technology teams, with a specific focus on development. The position will focus on projects that may involve interaction with the customer during the project life cycle. This is an Employment Equity appointment.

Requirements:
3 years software development experience
Recent .NET and C# competency and experience is essential
Minimum 1 year experience with Windows Forms Development
A relevant Information Technology qualification (Major in programming / development)
MCSD Preferred
Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Technologies including .NET Framework and SQL Server
Exceptional knowledge of Visual Studio 2015, Team Foundation Server, ASP.Net
Exceptional knowledge of object oriented programming, SQL and C#
SSRS, XML, Web services, Integrate with database systems , Design Patterns, Mobile Development

Overview and responsibilities:
Setup system requirement specification
Design database requirements
Develop, test and deploy solutions
Manage Team Foundation Server
Support SSRS development
Some R&D as required for investigating new technologies
Project management and time keeping
Technical support for systems in production (not first line)
