Our client requires the services of a suitably qualified, well-motivated and results driven candidate to take up the role of a IT Business Analyst.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide end user support in the organisation on specific software programs mainly SAP
Troubleshooting specific software programs mainly SAP
Assisting in the design, delivery, and improvement of in-house software applications as well as related training programs and course ware
Elicit, analyse, specify and validate the businesses needs of stakeholders, including gathering and compiling user requirements to understand the technology solutions they need
Apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help the business make good technology decisions and resolve technology problems
Play a pivotal role in ensuring IT’s understanding of business requirements
Plan, design, develop and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organisational functions and business processes


Required minimum education and experience:

Computer Literacy – SAP/ERP experience after Grade 12
Business qualification (preferable)
2 – 5 years’ experience in the Supply Chain Management/ Sales and Distribution environment focusing on either the Purchasing or Inventory Management disciplines in a business role or performing system support for such environments
Advantageous: Business role on a system implementation team
Advantageous: Superuser on SAP or other ERP
