Key Responsibilities
? Support day to day IT Operational activities
? IT security and safe keeping – records, who has what, retaining and repairing, Fixed asset schedule and ensuring we can account for all IT across the Africa organization
? Lighten up as part of IT and ensure proper security and protocols – how to work with the teams to make this happen
? Support and train the technology in meeting rooms, Comcast, VTC’s town halls
? Support and escalate business user technology issues as required
? Participates in troubleshooting in applications across multiple technology domains and business areas.
? Disaster Team member and support Business continuity tests
? Provide management and support of local user hardware acquisitions, deployments, disposals and issues
? Work with local and global support teams as required
? Provide support to global strategic deployments
? Work with global support teams as required
? Provide management of meeting rooms (Audi visual, VTC, Phone, cabling)
? Provide support to global strategic deployments
? Provide lunch and learns on new technology which provides understanding to make adoption easier, helping the business use technology better - save time, money, costs.
? Core system and hardware transition support
? Point of contact for technology vendors (AV, Cabling, Security)
? Friendly point of contact for all technology contact from business users on questions/issues/enquiries providing advice/direction/assistance/guidance

Experience Required 8 years
Education Required Bachelors
Minimum Requirements Tertiary Qualification:
Computer Science degree
Work Experience:
6- 10 years’ experience
? Project management experience
? Good technical skill
? Good presentation skill
