My client based in Centurion has an exciting job opportunity for an IT Contact Centre Operator. Your above average communication and technical skills will be put into good use as you will be providing assistance to customers and contractors who are on the field.
The perfect IT Contact Centre Operator in Centurion will be confident and assertive and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. This job will be require you to work overtime on Saturdays/Sundays/ Public Holidays as well as monthly standby - rotationally
As the IT Contact Centre Operator in Centurion your job duties will include:
- Providing technical assistance to contractors and customers
- Logging customer complaints, requests and comments as well as other relevant information
- Handling customer complaints and queries
- Dispatching jobs to relevant contracting parties
- Correcting and completing updating of installations on Proman
- Correcting and completing updating of swappings Proman
- Completion of swappings and installations sheet
- Handling requests and customer complaints from other departments (logging of recoveries, supply of cables, investigations, etc.)
- Regular device health-checks and preventative maintenance
- Preparing and submitting weekly standby reports to the Call Centre Manager
- Will be required to work overtime on Saturdays/Sundays/ Public Holidays as well as monthly standby - rotationally.
IT Contact Centre Operator job minimum requirements:
- Matric, IT related Certificate an added advantage
- A + and N+, CCNA would be beneficial but not compulsory
- Previous experience in call centres preferred
- IT background in Routers, ADSL, Mikrotik /FIbre/Diginet/ VoiP
