WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO

The IT Helpdesk Agent is responsible for providing technical Web application support to intermediaries; brokers; consultancies; clients and internal customers.

 

THE WORK YOU NEED TO DELIVER

  • Ensuring all queries are accurately logged on the system and all records are managed from inception as per the call handling procedure within the agreed timeframes. 
  • Providing efficient online and off-line support on all web and Technical support services within agreed timeframes. 
  • Ensuring all records are accurately captured and managed in accordance with the process requirements. 
  • Maintaining the service image the unit and Service to the various service units, clients, intermediaries/brokers/consultancies in line with the company proposition and service delivery. 
  • Ensuring effective and consistent service delivery and support to external clients. 
  • Managing own performance and development by ensuring a Performance Contract is in place with an updated Personal development plan.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH

  • 3 years relevant helpdesk experience. 
  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate. 
  • National Diploma: Information Technology
  • A+ and N+ certifications. 
  • MCSE certification would be beneficial
