Leading Manufacturing firm is seeking an IT Helpdesk Consultant. You will be responsible for all first line support across the plant.

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
Tertiary qualification (A+, N+, MCSE, MCITP)
ERP exposure, especially SAP experience would be an advantage
Minimum 1 year experience

Some Duties: Not limited to:

Supporting the IT Manager to fulfil:
IT support
IT Maintenance
Project support
Support the IT Manager in attending to operational support and fixing notification, consumption and user training queries
Administration
Install Printers, cartridges, toners and equipment
Maintaining IT asset records
