RS Recruitment Services is assisting an IT Company, to recruit a TEMP IT Helpdesk Coordinator
based in Sandton – 5-month contract.

Applicants should have/be the following:
Matric certificate
Call centre diploma or similar
A+ Certification, entry level IT Support (in order to log calls correctly) – an advantage
Must have helpdesk training and/or equivalent work-related experience
At least 2 years IT Helpdesk working experience
Experience with the following: Reception
IT Helpdesk
1st level IT support.
Must have excellent command of English both written and verbal
Must be able to work without supervision and independently and use initiative
Able to work under pressure and have a sense of urgency
Attributes: People’s person, Able to prioritize, Service driven, Independent, Creative
Must be able to start the latest 1st May 2019 for a 5-month contract.

Key performance areas:
Manage support requests
Logging support request using HELPDESK system
Manage process of attending to support requests within time frames
Client liaison and internal technicians, sales representatives, management liaison.
Outsource Partner Requests
Management reports and general administration.

Remuneration:
R15 000 ctc per month.
