Qualification:
Tertiary Degree/Diploma in IT/IS is advantageous

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years contact centre based IT Support experience
Relevant IT Support qualification

Experience in:
Understanding relevant policies, processes and procedures
Ability to understand, capture and handle resolving and escalating queries

Job Description:
As the IT Helpdesk Operator, some of your core responsibilities will be to provide prompt feedback to queries as well as subject matter expertise to the Account Team regarding technical, end user issues and user acceptance tests and producing relevant reports to Account Team. You will need to implement continuous improvement initiatives as required. You will need to have strengths in administration and liaison and interpersonal skills.
