Our client in the IT industry is looking for a skilled IT Helpdesk Team leader to join their team.
Essential Requirements:

- A+ and N+
- MCITP Certifications
- ITIL knowledge/Certificate
- Relevant IT Degree/Diploma
- Project Management
- 3 - 4 years in a IT Helpdesk environment
- 1 - 2 years of team leadership / supervisory capacity
- Familiar with MS Hyper-V
- Experience with DNS
- Experience with DHCP
- Experience with core networking technologies(LAN, VLAN etc.)
