Dynamic, fast growing company based in Parktown currently has a position available for an IT Infrastructure Manager. Will be responsible for the companies' Infrastructure.
This is a key leadership role within the organization and our client is looking for proven leader with a track record of success. The successful candidate for this role will be directly responsible for strategically plan for a fast-pace, rapid growing environment including scalability, architecture, and failover. This role oversees both the technology and the budgetary items for the server environment. Will also be responsible for the management of a team, thus need to have excellent people management skills.

Candidate Requirements
Required skills:
- Matric essential
- Relevant qualifications advantageous
- Microsoft experience essential
- At least 5 years+ IT Infrastructure Management experience
- IT Infrastructure Manager with focus on strategic planning and implementation
- Previous experience with data center management, network architecture, storage, and back-up and recovery is a must
- Working in a dynamic and fast-growing environment, the successful candidate will need exceptional technical acuity, good problem solving skills, and individual initiative
- The IT Infrastructure Manager will ensure the IT Department operations are organized, secure, and cutting-edge
- Most essential for success in this role is to maintain a great team attitude, demonstrate passion for your work, and the willingness to learn
