Minimum Entry Requirements:

• IT Related Certificate
• Min 6 months experience
• Clear ITC and criminal record
• Ambitious and energetic
• Well-groomed and articulate

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To assist with software and hardware issues.
• Dialler assistance.
• Equipment and hardware maintenance
• Testing all hardware and apply fixes where possible. Mark the electronics for disposal and store computers labeled that are working.
• Test required hardware for sorting and in-depth repair.
• Assisting in installing bigger setups or running new cable.
• Making cabling neat and eliminating lose wiring around computers.
• Escalate any problems above not resolving to the highest priority.
