Our Client is looking for an IT Manager to be based at their Cape Town offices

Key performance areas
The IT/IS Strategy of CRM Information Systems and alignment to business
Evaluating user needs and system functionality and ensuring that ICT facilities meet these needs
Planning and implementing the CRM IS budget
Managing and scheduling of software systems upgrades
Researching and installing new systems
Guaranteeing the smooth running of all CRM IS systems
Ensuring that software licensing compliance are adhered to
Ensure adherence of IS security principles and governance in line with company policies
Offering users appropriate support and advice
Managing crisis situations which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems
Mentoring and training new IS staff
Keeping up to date with the latest technologies
Change Management

Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Management Information Systems or a related field
10 years experience specifically in IS Management
Exposure to Data Architecture and Oracle Databases is essential
Good Communications and presentation skills
Must have a drive for perfection be pedantic about details and focused on automation
Must be able to cope well under pressure
Be able to negotiate persuasively with the business around requirements and deliverables
