Minimum Requirements:

Matric
MCSE / MCP is a must
5 - 8 Yrs relevant exp of which 3 Years as a Manager
ITIL Foundation
MCSE / MCP

Server 2008 (Systems Administrator in Windows Active Directory Environment)
Exchange 2007/2010
SQL server 2007/2010
Microsoft CRM
Knowledge of SYSpro, Desktop and Networking
Knowledge of HP Server
Hands on technical knowledge
Budgets
Telphony, including VOIP
Ticket logging software (Spiceworks)

Role
Manage, Schedule and attend appointments with existing and potential suppliers/ vendors
Manage internal IT infrastructure including LAN and WAN (MPLS)
Manage, mentor and train IT Support staff
