Job purpose
To provide operational and personnel support in terms of technological requirements throughout the organisation as well as to ensure optimal functionality and cost-efficiency, whilst providing support for the IT team as a whole

Outputs
Manages all internal technical staff
People performance reviews
Maintain Projects list
Give feedback to new and existing clients
Provide query resolutions to clients
Ensure that technical and functional standards are adhered to both internally and externally
User support – Ensure that internal user queries are timeously resolved
Ensure that after hours technical support are adhered to
Test the complete system to ensure that the potential impact does not affect other subject areas
Interacts with users on a continual bases to establish new requirements
Provide general user support and manages queries from initiation through to completion
Interacts with other teams as new changes and applications are implemented

Requirements
Matric with relevant IT Management Certification
System development in C#, Sequel, Web Services, DBA
Minimum 4 years Systems design and minimum 4 years C#
Systems Integration experience
Excellent SQL coding skills
Good understanding of database table designs and IT Infrastructure such as Networks, Windows Operating systems, Printing, LAN’s, People Management
Advanced computer literacy especially in Microsoft applications
Advanced knowledge of IT principles, processes and procedures
Good understanding of budget systems and controls
Must have own transport
Good understanding of organisational business processes and procedures
An Excellent communication skills
Ability to anticipate and solve problems / queries practically
Proven reasoning and analytical skills
Good leadership skills and good networking skills
Excellent organising skills and good time management skills
