Duties
- Install, configure, test and maintain computer systems, network equipment and related services
- Identify, diagnose and resolve network and computer problems
- Carry out daily maintenance on all ICT equipment
- Apply operating system patches and software upgrades
- Carry out regular audits and keep record of in-use equipment and spare stock
- Ensure network security through regular audits and testing
- Optimise network and systems by employing industry best practises and automation
- Provide technical support and assistance to staff
- Support and work in conjunction with third-parties and head office IT counterparts
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented network and systems
- Procurement of new equipment and additional third-party services as and when needed
- Prepare of proposals and solution presentations as well as department reports
- Provide telephonic and remote support assistance as and when needed

Requirments
- Matric or Equivalent
- Tertiary qualifications advantageous
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent English communication skills (orally and written)
- Proven ability to drive business to achieve desired business goals
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Good problem solving ability
- High attention to detail
- Customer Service orientated
