We are looking for an IT Media Engineer for a Company in Port Elizabeth.

Minimum Requirements:
• 3 – 4 years experience as an IT Media Technician
• Relevant degree/diploma or other technical training
• Experience in interactive media, video conferencing, etc. advantageous
• Relevant certifications advantageous
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience dealing with high profile individuals (executive/director level)
• Must be able to work well in a high pressure environment
• Drivers licence and own vehicle essential
• Good English language skills

Key abilities required:
• Able to be a good team player, because we need you to comfortably interact and liaise with management, co-workers and clients alike
• Able to have an investigative nature - to be able to spot risks and resolve issues quickly and with the minimum disruption to our client's business

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support clients with the maintenance of their Visual Communication systems by solving their technical problems by developing efficient installation
and troubleshooting skills
• Diagnose and repair technical issues as well as support our technical team in the planning, designing and implementation of our client's visual
media solutions.
• Assist with regards to the physical installation and mounting of AV kits etc.
