Requirements and skills

• Completed IT qualification
• Essential: 4 years+ IT Product management experience
• Management experience of IT infrastructure, networks and/ or telecommunications

Responsibilities

• Manage IT operational plan
• Optimise services in terms of quality and productivity
• Deal with all service Management
• Manage client relations optimally
• Manage operation teams to achieve goals by :
o Effective product & service planning
o Increase quality of deliverables
o Manage training & developing of staff
o Recruit new team members
o Building strong relationships with clients
o Motivate team members to increased service delivery
o Deal with performance management of staff
o Manage leave, promotions & discipline
• Compile quotations for ad hoc or audit enhancements to current systems & special investigations.
• Use project management skills to implement new project plans
• Coordinate hardware purchasing for internal & operational purposes
