Company in managed healthcare seeking EE candidate with relevant experience to join their team. Reporting
to the Technical Team leader in IT, the End User Computing team leader's immediate role is to provide point of contact for end users to receive
support and maintenance within the schemes desktop computing and telephony environment.

This includes: installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation and IP
telephony performance.
The role will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely and accurate manner, and provide end-user assistance where required.
Provides departmental leadership support, mentors and trains staff reporting to him/her, should expect to provide supervisory support to management

Candidate Requirements
Grade 12
Microsoft Desktop related certification
IP Telephony related certification
Minimum 6 years IT experience with at least 2 year team leader / management experience
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and WSUS
Experience with Microsoft SCCM Experience with telephony (SIEMENS, ASC and Proteus)
Basic LAN/WAN support
