Position: Operators – East-London and Nelson-Mandela Bay
Salary: R12 000 (CTC) p/m neg on experience
Dynamic company expanding to East-London (Buffalo City) and Port-Elizabeth have a few operator position available in both cities

Requirements and skills
? Minimum Grade 12 qualification (preferable with Maths and Science).
? Microsoft Windows server skills
? IT related qualification
? Essential to have Basic Linux skills (command line)
? 1-2 years IT experience
? Advanced Word and Excel skills
? Understanding of applications and networking
? Exp in installation & set-up of networks, servers or workstations will be an advantage
? English (read, write & speak)
? Passion for technology and learning

Duties
? Operation of monitoring systems for clients
? Monitoring of client's infrastructure, according to SLA
? First line support offered
? Act on alarms and other associated commands or messages displayed on monitors / displays
? RT systems maintained
? Perform system administration tasks & maintain database of monitored objects
? Health checks & compilation of reports
? Product administration maintained
? QA reports completed
? Standard report provided on request
? Patch and/or hot fix release testing completed
? Keep hardware in good working condition to ensure high levels of productivity
? Stress report generated on a monthly basis
