We are looking for an IT Practice Manager for a Renowned Company in JHB.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Degree in Electronic Engineering or Commerce Degree
  • MBA qualification is highly beneficial
  • 6 – 8 years experience in a Senior Management role within a global organisation
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
  • Excellent decision making skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Strong market orientation with experience working with clients and business teams to create client-orientated solutions and services
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business and service offerings
  • Ability to recognize opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement and to manage change effectively
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team in a matrix environment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present information clearly and succinctly
  • Sound commercial acumen with the ability to deliver innovative commercial models that meet transformation objectives
  • Ability to think strategically with an understanding of the operations of a service unit with a large span of control
  • Ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues at all levels in an organisation
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations and to meet tight deadlines
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Purpose of the Job:
The Practice Manager will take ownership for managing operations specific to the Business Unit on a National level and will assist with the implementation of the strategic plans and policies as established by the Executive team of the Company.
