EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Certified Product Owner Qualification
• 2-3 years Product Owner experience
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• Agile Mindset
• IT Infrastructure, Networks and/or Telecommunications experience
• An ability to remain committed and focused despite setbacks and objections.
PREFERABLE SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE
• Good understanding of (open source) web development. (MySQL, PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS)

CORE TASKS
• Manage Product Release plans
• Maximize economic return of IT products
• Committed to the final product and its vision and sharing this effectively
• Carry on board a full vision of product, customer feedback, market research and other stakeholders feedback.
• Manage team and also let them grow on their own - Available every day to team to answer any question.
• Share feedback from customer/ stakeholder from customer visit or research
• Maintain detailed roadmaps which are dynamic in nature

• Create & maintain Product backlog.
• Sort the Product backlog items according to priority.
• Help the Scrum Master organize Sprint Review Meetings.
• Attend sprint planning meetings.
• Clearly communicate the business requirements to the Team
• Get detail level of requirement from stakeholders or customers and manage their expectations
• Build and maintain a relationship with Stakeholders
• High degree of aptitude in an IT environment
• Passion for technology and learning
• Understanding of the Management of IT and IT Infrastructure
• Must be fluent in English and able to articulate technical issues clearly.
• Strong presentation and communication skills
