Company is recruiting for an IT Recruiter to become part of a dynamic team based in Centurion.  The prospective candidate needs to have a solid understanding of IT Terminology and also be familiar with recruiting generalist candidates. Qualifications required:

• Matric
• Tertiary education will be beneficial.

 Skills & experience required:

• 3 - 5 years’ recruitment experience.
• Understanding of IT Terminology will be crucial.
• Solid understanding of the recruitment life cycle.
• Strong communication skills (verbally and written).
• Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans and English).

Job Functions:

• Maintaining relationships with existing clientele.
• New Business Development.
• Qualifying of job specs.
• Writing ads for job specs.
• Sourcing of candidates.
• Acting as liaison between clients and candidates.
• Conducting reference checks when required.
• Mentoring junior recruiter when required.  
• Administer the entire recruitment life cycle.
