Our fast-growing team is currently looking to hire an up-beat, enthusiastic new member to our team, as IT Recruitment Consultant/Candidate Liaison.

Don't have experience in IT recruitment specifically? No worries! We have a great team that can show you the ropes.

Minimum Requirements:
? Matric or equivalent qualification
? Outstanding computer literacy and knowledge of database creation and maintenance
? Brilliant written and verbal skills, in both English and Afrikaans
? Previous experience in recruitment will be advantageous
? Knowledge within the IT recruitment field an advantage

Duties: (including, but not limited to)
Recruitment
? Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
? Processing incoming mail
? Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
? Creating and distributing documents
? Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
? Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
? Participating in recruitment efforts

Administration
? Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
? Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
? Setting appointments and arranging meetings
? Maintaining calendars of HR management team
? Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
? Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address,
etc.)

Record Maintenance
? Maintaining current HR files and databases
? Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
